Returns Policy

HERCAMOSHOP, LLC.  offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with you order, you may return it for a complete refund, (less any shipping or handling fees)  Hair care and Squattie Potties are not returnable.

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.  Gear must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.  Items returned to HERCAMOSHOP with animal hair, odors, stains or anything that restricts our ability to resell the item will not be accepted.  Once the returned item(s) arrives at HERCAMOSHOP, credit will be promptly issued.  Returns arriving beyond 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer.

EXCHANGES:  Exchanges will not be accepted  due to the seasonal nature of product availability.  In the event the product you have ordered does not fit, return the item to HERCAMOSHOP,LLC for a refund and reorder the correct size from the website.  Exchanges arriving beyond 30 days from date of purchase, will not be accepted.  All items returned for exchange must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.  Items returned to HERCAMOSHOP with animal hair, odors, stains or anything that restricts our ability to resell the item will not be accepted.  Once the exchange item(s) arrives at HERCAMOSHOP, credit will be promptly issued.

You must pay the return shipping fees, we will not compensate for return shipping; and we will not refund any tariffs or duties.  

 If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within aprrox. four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, (we recommend using delivery confirmation) however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
